ABOUT PROJECT

Practising real skills in a 3D simulation, with an AI mentor beside you

Pilots rehearse emergencies in a simulator long before they fly a full cabin. Surgeons practise on models before they operate. Salespeople and new managers usually get their practice on live customers, learning the hardest skills in the one place where mistakes actually cost something. Jungle Guardian closes that gap: a 3D world where people practise real conversations as many times as they like, with an AI mentor coaching them through each one.

The engine is live and playable today, and we are shaping its first corporate deployments with a small group of early partners. The idea behind it is simple and, we think, significant: put genuine simulation and a personal AI coach inside a game, and use it to train the skills that only ever improve through actual practice.

The Concept

Some skills can never be taught by slides.

You learn to handle an objection by actually handling it, to build rapport by reading the room, and to know when to push and when to hold back. Like muscles, these skills need reps, and reps need a safe place to fail and grow.

Jungle Guardian turns that practice into a game. The learner takes on the role of the Guardian, a character who must win over the animals of the jungle. Each animal behaves like a different kind of customer and drills a different lesson. Selling becomes the surface story. Underneath, the player is rehearsing real sales methodology, one conversation at a time.

Inside the engine

Jungle Guardian is a playable 3D experience with an AI coach running inside it:

  • A real-time 3D world, interactive characters and the production feel of a game.
  • An AI mentor the learner can talk to in plain language at any point, asking for advice and getting practical, in-character coaching in return. The mentor's name, personality and tone are all configurable.
  • A simulated sales conversation engine, where each animal client drills a specific technique: building rapport; handling objections; trust and empathy; creating urgency; and active listening.
  • A live tension mechanic, a "closing rate" that rises and falls with every choice and unlocks more advanced moves only once the learner has earned the client's interest.
  • In-the-moment feedback and reflection, so every decision teaches, while ranks and levels turn improvement into visible progress.
  • An AI performance review at the end of a run, summarising what the learner did well, where they slipped up, and what they should work on next.

The bigger idea

turning play into cohort intelligence

The game is the visible half of the platform. The experience exports to SCORM, so it runs inside any corporate LMS and reports completion and scores in the usual way.

The next layer on the roadmap is where it gets genuinely new for our clients. Alongside the LMS, the simulation feeds a separate analytics layer that captures the AI's read on every conversation a learner has.

Each individual play rolls up into an analytical intelligence module that identifies which team is stronger, where the weaknesses sit, and which techniques learners consistently fumble. From there, it points to the training each individual should receive next.

For a large organisation, that becomes a living baseline of capability: evidence of how your people perform when a conversation is on the line. That is the real prize. The game drives the engagement, and the AI quietly gathers the insight that helps an L&D function decide where to invest.

Where it fits
We are honest about this: an AI-mentored 3D simulation is not the right tool for every topic. For knowledge that simply needs to be understood, lighter formats work better.

Where this approach is most effective is in skills that depend on practice and judgement: sales and negotiation, onboarding role-play, customer service, difficult leadership conversations, and compliance dilemmas where the right answer depends on reading the situation.

Early access

Jungle Guardian is in early access with corporate partners. The playable engine is live; the analytics layer is next on the roadmap. Partners joining at this stage get the first deployments, and their sales methodologies, scenario libraries and branding shape how the engine grows. If you want a simulation built around the way your people sell, this is the moment your influence on it is greatest. We would rather build it alongside you.

See it in action

Jungle Guardian is best understood by playing it. We give private walkthroughs to organisations exploring simulation and AI-led training: a short session where we put you inside the world, introduce the AI mentor, and show how the same engine could be shaped around your own topic. If you would like a look, we would be glad to arrange one.
